Shipping Policy

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to anywhere within Canada and the United States. 

Shipping Fees
Order and shipping fees are calculated and charged at checkout. Oversized orders or orders to remote areas may be subject to additional fees. We will contact you accordingly in 0-3 business days for required additional shipping charges or information.

Delivery Times
Most orders are being processed and shipped in 0 to 3 business days after your order is made. Canadian orders exceeding $200.00 CAD are eligible for free shipping. Once the final shipping order is confirmed, we will provide tracking information. 

Inventory
In circumstance where the ordered quantity of product exceeds available quantities in our warehouse, products will be backordered and shipped to the customer within 1-2 months. A notice will be emailed to the customer and shipping will be initiated 3 business days after. No additional fee will be applied. 

Duties and Taxes
For orders within Canada, all duties and fees are included at checkout. For customers in the US, the buyer is responsible for customs clearance and duties.
