Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Adjustments
We will try our best to accommodate order and address modifications; please contact sales@dugene.ca as soon as possible for changes to existing orders.

Refunds
Please contact us if any products are defective, damaged, or missing. Please contact us a provide your order number, description, and photo detailing the issue. We will gladly refund non-standard product. 

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled prior to shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible to see if the cancellation can be processed for your order.

United States Customers
All US Orders are considered a final sale. All orders bound for the US cannot be modified/merged and are shipped exactly as they are placed. 

Store Credit
Should store credit or gift cards be issued to any customer, it is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to other currencies or payment methods. Returns and cancellations or orders made using store credit will be in the form of store credit.
